IT’S TIME TO MOBALISE!


With the return to desk life for a lot of us, the time has never been better to get a regular mobility routine happening at your desk to help oil your joints and give you some movement variety in your day!


Perform the following stretches/movements for 30-45 seconds per side, throughout the day, (as you prefer), to counter the stress of desk work and keep your body moving!
