Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises generally developed to improve performance in athletic competition, assist with developing bio-mechanical patterns and prevent injury.

Modern Strength and Conditioning is made up of two parts:

Conditioning - “The process of training to become physically fit by a regimen of exercise, diet, and rest.”
